COMPACT ANALOG DISPENSER

Our compact analog shot meter allows for reproducible deposits of a wide range of thin or viscous materials such as solder pastes, masks, adhesives, epoxies, RTV’s, silicones, cyanoacrylates, paints, inks, oils, lubricants, solvents and more.

It includes a simple analog timer controlled by a knob you rotate for dispensing from approximately .01 second to 120 seconds.  The default timer setting is .01 to 10 seconds. It is excellent for use with pre-filled syringes of material or when loading empty syringes. Our equipment can be used in various applications to provide ergonomic relief, repeatability, and control over various materials and fluids. This compact analog dispenser measures just 6 3/8" x 5 7/8" x 2 3/4".

Included: foot switch with 6 feet of flexible tubing, power supply, 3, 5, 10, 30 cc air syringe adapters, 3, 5, 10, & 30 cc air syringe barrels with stoppers, a syringe stand with a material catch and a small variety pack of needles.  Finger switches can be used as an alternative actuator to the foot switch.
